Refund Policy

1. Although we will make every effort to ensure that all our courses are offered as posted, it may become necessary to make changes to our program. If we cancel a course, your fees for the course are totally refunded.
2. If you cannot attend a course that has been rescheduled to a time other than advertised, you are entitled to a full refund for that course.
3. If you withdraw from courses up to 30 days before the first scheduled course, a full tuition refund, less a withdrawal fee of $75, will be made after the withdrawal is requested in writing.
4. If you withdraw from courses up to 15 days before the first scheduled course, one-half of the tuition, less a withdrawal fee of $75, will be refunded after withdrawal is requested in writing.
5. We are unable to provide refunds for requests received less than 15 days before start of the program.
6. You will be entitled to course material should they be available, only if you take the full course.
7. If you have paid for the program, but miss a class, you will be entitled to take the course in the following course cycle. We will make every effort to accommodate participants take classes that they missed in future course cycles.
8. Payments and refunds can be made through credit card via Pay Pal, or by check.
9. There is a $25 fee for ALL returned checks.
10. The refund policy can change at any time without advance notice.
