If at any time you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site. All of the information in this agreement refers to LifeFacilitationInstitute.com only. Other sites which are linked to ours are not covered by this agreement and you should refer to their agreements for their specific policies. We are careful about the sites with which we link, however, we cannot control the ever changing information on those sites and urge you to use good judgment when visiting all web sites.
In using LifeFacilitationInstitute.com you agree to enter true and accurate information on the site as a part of the registration process. It is your responsibility to protect your own password from disclosure to others and you are responsible for activities that take place using your password and within your account. If you share your password with anyone, they may be able to obtain access to your personal information. If you enter a bogus email address we reserve the right to inactivate your account.
When you become a member, student, registrant or participant of LifeFacilitationInstitute.com, you may be asked to enter your first and last names, email address and other contact information. We will not share your personal information with anyone other than staff, faculty, affiliates and/or program participants. Program participant rosters may be sent via email to all participants before, during or after the program start date and time. Program rosters contain your name, city, state, phone number and email address. By participating in our programs, you agree to keep such information confidential and further agree to use contact information for the sole purpose of communications during the program or course unless all parties agree to continue contact after the program is complete.
LifeFacilitation Institute reserves the right to change schedules and courses as they see fit and without prior notification.
Our newsletter, blogs, articles, media mentions, and all other information on this Site or on our other sites (such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and/or others) are copyrighted and/or trademarked by either the author or LFI. You may NOT use these articles without written permission from LFI except for your own personal non-commercial use. By downloading, printing, or otherwise using the material on the site for personal use you in no way assume any ownership rights of that material. We reserve the right to deny use of the Site to anyone for any reason.

The above Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. The parties hereby irrevocably consent that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by mediation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties hereby irrevocably consent to arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in New York, using AAA Arbitration Rules in effect on the date of filing for arbitration.
